What is a "Gold Advertiser"?

Do I have any special priveleges I should take advantage of?

I recently received an e-mail from overture client services informing me that we were paying them sooo much money every month that we were now one of their "valued Gold Advertisers". Is there any way I can leverage this to get more keyword suggestions or anything else that could be of use?

I have no idea what Gold status means. I have it too. What I do know is that my old account rep has not answered my emails. I spend over 10K per month, but Overture does not say what the levels of spend are for Gold and Platinum service.

My first reaction is Not Good.

Just means a little bit faster service... don't think you get free keyword expansion lists at that point, but it's worth checking..

good2go if your a design or marketing firm and spending over 10k/month you should really look into becoming an ambassador account.. they should take care of you then..

If you spend over $10k per month you are eligible for Ambassador or Diamond SEM status. Ask your rep to get you reviewed.

Otherwise Gold and Platinum are just elevated levels of service each with their respective privileges.

You might get the bulk upload listings(spreadsheet)... you may also get your own rep you can call with problems. ALso if you add new words you can usually get them live within a few hours.
