Remove declined listings

Is there a way i can flush the declined listings or edit pending editorial listings?

There use to be a way, but it seems OV took out the check box for pending listings when they redid the DTC a few weeks ago.

Declined and recently removed listings sit in your account for 1-3 months (there seems to be no rhyme or reason to when they get flushed) and then they'll be suddenly gone one day.

Nothing you can manually do, even if the listing is later approved, the other listing will still sit in the declined listing box.
