Overture newbie question

regarding bulk uploads

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find anything on it using the search here.

I want to upload a bunch of terms to our Overture account. I downloaded their USTemplate.xls and ran through their help section too, but I'm stumped on one thing:

- Do I need to repeat the same Search Term record three times to get Standard, Phrase, and Broad to post?
- Or, will inserting max bids to the corresponding columns of one record get the job done?
