Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me a support contact email with which I can contact overture. I've signed up about 36 hours ago, and have not yet been able to log in - am always receiving

'verification code is incorrect'

There's a large amount about support, but only once you've checked in.

I'm not in US, so I'd rather not use the support phone number

Delete cookies - clear browser cache - restart internet explorer...works for me

I've had the same problem for the past two weeks. I've tried deleting cookies and temp files and restarting IE but I still cannot login to my advertiser account.

Any other suggestions?

P.S. I also have found the lack of support options on the advertiser login page to be a big frustration.

Yes - bizarre not to have support details on login page.

In the UK we are emailed monthly "reports" which contain the following contact details for OV UK. I haven't dealt with OV USA, but would guess you get the same reports? If not, perhaps removing .uk from the email might reach US client services?
