Changing to broad matching

I have a new listing which is actively running.

Yesterday I changed the keywords to broad match, but I do not see the results.

Does anyone have some insight on this? Is a change like this subject to some sort of delay, or should this change be instant?

Generally, you'll see a slight delay from a couple hours to at most a day or two when you change to match options.

Due to the changes done over the weekend, I'd expect delays across their system longer than normal as it's processing a lot more info than it was last week - and who knows what's broken behind the scenes.
