Just checked my accounts and see there are impressions and clicks for content match when it was turned off. Seems the weekend changes ignored the "OFF" button.

Affects Jan. 24 & 25 as far as I can see.

Have written support for a refund.

Just checked my accounts, a couple were charged for content clicks, however, most weren't (all have content off).

Thanks for the heads up Tropical Island.

On a seperate but related note, has anyone tried using other browsers other than IE?

We use both Opera and Netscape (or at least we did) to manage Overture accounts, and now they have all the fancy DHTML menus they don't work on other browsers (well intermittently they do).

Why not give us a keyboard shortcut or alternative rout to get to the manage categories/listings/bids in other browsers?

I had to stop using Firebird to access Overture except for quick bid changes - can't see several links because of there new menu system - very annoying.

Time to start using advant browser for OV.

In a follow up to my first post we continue to be charged for "content match" clicks and after three seperate e-mails to support there has been no response.

This is becomming so typical of Over's management attitude towrds advertisers. How much would it take to send out a form mail to say that they received our complaint and they are working on it?

I've had no problems with the new menu and Firebird 0.7. Have to agree that the old menu was better though - DHTML can be a nice addition, but not if you can't navigate a site without it.

Tropical Island,
Call them if you can and act pissed, they'll be much more responsive. ;)

I'm located in South America - I'm not going to waste a call for a few dollars in clicks.

I assume they will eventually get their act together.

It's just all so predictable with them.
