Has a penalty been applied?

I updated my website and vanished.

We all know Google may apply penalties but does Inktomi? I updated my site before Christmas. Prior to the update, my SERPS on ink were very similar to Google (typically top 10-20). However, since I updated my site I'm nowhere.

The only significant changes I made on this update was to introduce CSS files. Previously, I used font/bold tags for my headings but now I use H1,H2 tags, etc. I only use one H1 tag and it is located at the top of the page (if present at all).

Even when I search for words/phrases for which I should be #1 (or at least top 5) in some cases, I'm still outside the top 10. It feels like my my ink PR has been zeroed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
