Is MSN Testing Overture Ad Positions

I'm seeing the rankings of the Overture ads on MSN move. Ads with lower bids are getting ranked over ads with higher bids.

Is anybody else seeing this?

I know my eyes aren't deceiving me. I saved the screen shots. And I'm real familiar with the bidding on the term because I set up two of the accounts that bid on that term. I know the bids weren't changed on those accounts while I was looking at them. I tried the same several times and the page loaded two different ways, each a few times.

Really odd...I was just coming into WW to search on this very topic, since I can't seem to correlate the bid rankings with the actual results on MSN either. The top 6 or so are all there, but in different orders.
