No Confirmation From Overture!

Hi,

I have opened a ppc account with overture and i did not get any confirmation mail from overture. also i am not able to login through. System told that they will review our title and description then approve with in 3-5 days and then will go live. But still my listing are online. How it is possible...? I have chosen the pre payment plan. Will i be charged if sombody clicks on my listing..?

Hi,

I tried to give a call but not able to get through also they are not replying my mails. I was also trying to send a fax at the given numbers but failed again. I can not add the keywords. I can not delete the keywords. i can not increase the bid. This is strange why these people are not responding. Could any body help..

what they didn't answer or no reply I would keep trying, when I phone the UK Overture I normally get an answer pretty quickly

What error message do you get when logging in?

Have you tried using the lost username/password feature? Maybe you think you have the correct password, but it's not (i.e. maybe it got chopped off if it's more than 10 characters, or the case is wrong).

If I am calling from india what would be the correct number....?

This is the message i got after my login

And the strange thing is I have a printed copy of my user name. And what password i provided at the time of registration i am using the same.

Dont Know What is this going on :(

Have you added the correct international code for calling USA from India? Another thing to take into account is the time difference.

ya i think this is the only point. And wonder how i forgot this.
