is someone spamming certain popular keywords here , no way these phrases have been search for more than roulette?

There is no way some of those terms are searched for so much, at least in the traditional manner.

Looks like it might be some partner serving overture results when a URL is typed in incorrectly, using the incorrect URL as the keyword.

Or, it is just a weird error in the suggestion tool which doesn't seem uncommon.

Last month the OV tool results put a weird 2 word roulette related term in the number one spot for the link above. Overture was claiming this odd term was searched for multiple times more than roulette. Now, this month, the odd term has fallen off the face of the earth.

Sometimes, there are just glitches in the search suggestion tool.

I think match driving can also be a common culprit for strange results, among other things.
