Overture not accepting payments

Overture UK money manager problems

This is my first post, so hello everyone...

I havn't been able to add money to my two overture accounts for the last three days. Both use different Credit Cards, the owners of which assure me they are valid. I'm in the UK in case that makes a difference.

Anyone else having a problem?

Welcome to Webmaster World Zeta.

We added money to our UK account two days ago with a credit card.

It probably would be best to contact Customer Service. Especially in the UK they are very prompt with their answers.

I sent them an email 2 days ago but no reply yet.

At the moment the whole Over system is so screwed up that it doesn't surprise me that they have no telephone numbers listed. That said, there are members here who are l;arge account holders and ahve direct access. Maybe on of them has a direct number.

While waiting send them another e-mail.

I managed to get a phone number from overture and have established that my clients cards are at fault.
