Geotargetting with Overture?

Can anyone tell me if overture offers geotargetting?

I've not logged in for ages and have switched all of my advertising to google. However, going into Christmas, we'd like to test out Overture's response rates...

I am only interested in targetting traffic in Hong Kong.

not by dealing with .com but if you go to .co.uk then you can target the UK market, hence the same with other offices around the world
