New to PPC

different sponsored listings

I'm new to PPC and have just signed up with Overture as I do perfectly well in Google normal results, but terrible on MSN.

I notice when you do a search on MSN for my keywords it has sponsored results on both the right hand side (similar to Google) and listings like the normal results.

I would imagine the listings are much more effective and wondered how you get into them?
