I just recently started using Overture again after a client requested it. What a joke! Now that I can log in, I can't change any bids or manage any listing info. I can't even fill out a support request form.
I just left a message on the president of Overture's voicemail asking him what's been going on with the direct traffic center being so up and down these days. Since the whole redesign. I'm not expecting a call back anytime soon, but you never know. I raised some hell when there were no reports back in july and received a credit from them.
I had talked to my account manager at 10:30 EST and they said they would just take about an hour- and 14 hours from then things are still bad- we must get refunds for such things- they have been slipping so much.
I just called them and told them that I had to make an emegency change to one of my listings (I really do). And they said since the DTC is down they can't get into the system either. Then the rep opened a trouble ticket for me.
This is out of control! I haven't been this angry with a company in a long time.
God I'm becoming an overture hater. Ever since that damn redesign back in July. You know what makes no sense either? Overture stock has gone up in the last 2 days. God what people on the outside don't know. Really stinks we have to be so reliant on companies like overture and google.
