It's not often that I spend a lot of time checking bids by minute, but I'm trying to figure out what our major competitor is doing and how far he is willing to overbid on some terms, and I've noticed that there are times that I can change my bid 4-5 times before a single change happens on the 'View Bids' page, and often the specific price our bid was at for 10-30 minutes never shows up on it like the database catches up with the present and skips the entire bidding process in the middle.
If I change positions, and then search Yahoo, the listings appear in the DTC order, which seems odd that Yahoo's listings appear to change quicker than Overture's own page.
Anyone know if you pay what the current bid is on the DTC or what's currently active on the View Bids page?
