They have a good Dutch keyword tool [inventory.overture.com] online already, the first publicly available Dutch keyword database as far as I know. It's interesting to see how many Dutch people actually search using English terms which was virtually impossible to figure out from international keyword tools.
Overture.nl will allow bidding on English keywords, but does require the landing page to be in English then as well. Some English words will also be considered 'Dutch' if they are widely used in Dutch sentences, allowing for a Dutch landing page. "dating" for example.
Up until now I had to spend at Google adwords and guess keywords to see what the relative usage was. This will help.

With bid prices starting at just € 0,15- pity, thats rather high for a typical Dutchman to start fooling around.
We've already cut back most of our terms on DE. We would like to include NL however the €0.15 gives us pause for thought. You would think that to introduce a new area they would have a lower price to start. That's just under US$0.17 per click.
