Virtually nothing is working properly after a week and a half. The daily reports take forever to get posted, the new current report goes nowhere if you click on it, everything takes forever to load only to land on another page that has no info and you have to click again - and did I say it was sloooow!

It is obvious that the programmers and engineers are not the ones that have to use the system.

This is a huge black mark on the Over technical team. It should never have been introduced without testing. What a mess!

I agree. But overture does not care. They know as crappy as they treat advertisers, we will still stay. Sort of like a parent-child relationship.

I just had a converstion with Overture about their daily reports as the time lag for reporting was annoying me greatly.

They mentioned that they have quietly implemented a new click fraud system which is taking longer to show statistics as they are removing a lot of clicks before the results are posted to your account. I've not had time to investigate if our fraud is less in the past two weeks, so not sure how good it is, but it didn't seem that it was going to speed up anytime soon.

The broad match options they've implemented are also screwing up the control panel, and currently the dtc center doesn't even show what options I've chosen. I think they are having a lot of problems with this new system, but don't want it to be mentioned for bad PR an drive more people to GG.

We talked to OV yesterday about the problems we have been having. We were told that clearing your cookies can help with some of the problems.

Seems a bit crazy that YOU have to do something to clear THEIR mess up.

Isn't that typical. In addition to the loooong minutes of waiting for pages to load we now have to go in and delete their cookies. We have 4 accounts to manage and it's now taking way too much time. We've already deleted listings from all 4 accounts and other then our most important search terms we will be weeding out more.

Thank you Google for offering a speedy, easy to navigate and good results alternative.
