Overture reports not working

I just spoke with overture and they said the reports should be fixed tonight.

If you don't know what I mean try to run a report showing clicks for the last month. I get 0 for everything. I think the last week is not working as well.

Just wanted to let you know that overture is not showing the right information or not showing it at all.

Yes the reports are not showing- Overture guys told me the same in this regard- It is a mess- One you cannot see your listings, second, you are losing traffic and not able to keep a track of money lost.

I expected them to carry out the upgrade in a better way.

It seems like Overture would be able to transition interfaces similarly to how Google has. Allowing us to log into either the old tool or the new tool for a short period.

its wednesday now and out here on the east coast, we don't seem to be able to even access the advertiser log-in screen.

I was curious to hear if anyone has any updates today?

My reports have been broken for at least a week before the update. They were too busy with the update to get to it. They decided that the update was more important than fixing the already existing problem. That is stupid you do not add new features to something that is broke. You fix the problem first. Now they got the update problems plus the ones they already had.
