New Overture features tutorial

just spent the last 30 minutes viewing the new tutorial:

What I want to know is why in the UK, do we not get the female voice giving us a guided tour :)

I thought it was a great way to explain it, especially because it can be overwhelming for first time advertisers. I watched the end segment on doing the content match, logged into my account to do some changes, and was greeted with "The DirecTraffic Center is currently experiencing technical difficulties." Maybe webmasterworld members overwhelmed the server when we all went running off to check out the flash tutorial as soon as Shak mentioned it ;)

As an AdWords user it looks like [ ], " " and nothing.

The only limitation I see is the restriction to just 15 negative words per search term. With AdWords we have some terms with 100 negative words (there's a look of sex related phrases we don't want)

I certainly hope that the fact that OV is moving dog slow today has to do with the fact that they are finalizing the upgrades. Their site ios taking FOREVER today.

I don't understand why they didn't wait 2 weeks and implement this stuff over the holiday weekend when fewer people would be needing the system for a longer amount of time.
