1) More closely manage your keywords to take advantage of the inefficiency of your keyword campaign. There are tools out there that can help you manage your keywords as a portfolio & in near-real time, with the result of you getting more click-throughs and sales for the same spend.

2) Start doing contextual advertising with Google, Overture, and some of the other contextual advertising companies. The clickthrough rates won't be as high, nor will overall traffic, but it is another source.
3) Take advantage of the high-end analytics offerings available today to figure out what other keywords you could implement. Going broad with your keywords is your best bet for getting alot more traffic. Folks like eBay, Orbitz, Yahoo and other large retailers have keyword lists that reach into the hundreds of thousands - that effort is their competitive advantage.

Another option is to look over your logs. How do people find you oganically?
Lastly, think outside the box (in cliche terms) in order to find new keywords. I've been thinking about once a month that we have maxed ours and then bam, some new avenue shows up to prove me wrong. If nothing else, there are a few companies out there that will work on a commission basis to find you keywords, in other words, they will find you keywords and in exchange, they get a percentage of the sales those keywords bring in.
The same effect can be accomplished through an affiliate program (if you have one running already, all the better). There are several people here who would work on commission to find you new words or you could approach a few of your affiliates to do this. Actually, if you have an affiliate program, you probably already have a few people doing this on their own.
