How do I reach Overture?

Can't get through on phone

I have an account with Overture and I haven't been able to log in because my password doesn't work.

I couldn't send them an email because with every notification they sent me, they add that replies to it won't reach them, I need to use my control panel to send them support requests.

So, I tried calling Overture and they told me I had called Overture UK, I should be calling Overture US, they gave me a new number. I called that number and that same woman tells me when the US office is closed the calls get diverted to Europe. She asked me to call two hours later.
I called three hours later, They're still closed. It's way past the time for them to start their day I should think but I still get a message that they're closed.

Do they have any email address I can send mail to?
