Automated POST to Overture Search Term Tool?

Does anyone know if Overture's terms of service forbid automated access to their search term tool?

I'm thinking about building a utility that gets batches of results rather than entering each term manually.

I know they use images to block automated login, etc., but see nothing re the term suggestion tool...

there's a free tool called 'Good key words' that will do it for you already.

I just tried it this morning and it works a treat.

Overture TOS does not mention the search term tool specifically.

You agree that you will not use any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access, monitor or copy the Services except those automated means expressly made available by Overture, if any, or authorized in advance and in writing by Overture (for example, Overture approved third party tools and services).

You probably need to contact Overture and ask them if you could become their "authorized tool provider".
