Overture UK and COM

I quick question I hope (probably a very simple one) I am setting up PPC accounts for someone. They want Espotting Overture UK and COM. When setting up the Overture COM account which country do I select? I presume UK but I do not want it to set up as a Overture UK account as I do not want to end up with two Overture UK accounts. Does this make sense? I want coverage in the Overture UK network partners and the Overture COM network partners.

2 separate accounts are required for Overture.

1 for .com and 1 for UK market, although you can have 1 login if you ask nicely.
