Is it possible to test only some words...

Hi,
I have over 200 words registered with overture at a .05 bid.
I typically have not had good look with overture vs adwords select.
There are a few words that I would like to test at over .05,
but don't want to drain my funds with clicks on the .05 bids. Is there any way to pause these words and only activate the few words that I want to test?
thanks
tom

I was told over the phone that they can temporarily--for 12 hours or so--disable words if you phone in and ask them to. Sounded like a special case kinda thing though, like when you're site goes down.

In my experience, if you spend enough money on Overture, they will break the rules for you. I've paused my campaign a couple of times due to either fradulant clicks, site updates, or switching tracking information. They've suspended our account upto a week before at our request, through both email and phone contact. If you don't spend much money on Overture, they seem to not really care if you get helped or not.

Get involved with their preferred client program. Get a rep, let them help you out, be nice, and they will take care of you.

Customer satisfaction is the reason they have grown so rapidly.
