Yahoo banner ads at Overture

Just saw a fairly large banner advertisement of Yahoo Personals when I did a search for a keyword at Overture.com.

Sign of a growing partnership with Yahoo - not withstanding all the talk about Yahoo starting its own PPC system?

I wonder if Overture is charging Yahoo per click or per impression for those ads ;)

Just found this URL [cbs.marketwatch.com] which seems to indicate that Yahoo would generate an extra 10-30% clicks using these Google/Lycos style ads.

Not seen them.
