Can someone tell me what those little up and down arrows are for on Overture.

I selected the one that points down above "Update Bids" and it stays selected. What did I do and what do these arrows do please?

I also wanted to get input of setting bids to a set price rather than auto. Can someone explain pros and cons for a layman?

I have always been afraid of auto. In theory it gives you the lowest rates, but it seems to me that if a couple of competitors also have auto, you will get into a computer driven bidding war.

They sort your search terms in the order of your bid price - either increasing or decreasing.
