I run a pay-per-click search engine and we want to use Overture to backfill where we don't have advertisers. I have heard that they stopped doing deals like this. Does anyone know who I could contact at Overture to discuss this with them.

Look around their site the minimum requirement is around 1-3 million unique visitors per month.
