Apart from google,do you know which ppc allow targetting by countries&languages?

Espotting do in Europe, or rather you sign up in each territory (and need a site and keywords for each language, I think - I read that here somewhere).

UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Sweden and Denmark, with Norway next year - thread here [webmasterworld.com...]

I think if you email them they will co-ordinate your campaigns across countries. I guess Overture do the same for UK, Germany, France.
