MSN SERPS - from where?

Forgive my ignorance but where does MSN get its SERPS from? Is the top slot from Overture and the rest from Inktomi?

Also, is there a chart of the relative importance of each search engine somewhere?

Ok, so it looks like it is Inktomi and Looksmart.

Just checked out one of my keywords and it says that the top listing is a US directory listing. What does that mean? A Looksmart directory listing or something?
