why are they always behind?

We have just sent another e-mail to Over asking why at 9.30 AM EST they have not posted the daily results for yesterday. We wrote them a few weeks ago about the same problem and got a "we are fixing it" response. Google Adwords and FindWhat don't seem to have this problem. It must be really annoying for the European clients who get these results so late.

Come on Over - get your act together.

It is 6.30 AM PST in Pasadena, CA

Why it is not automatic, I don't know but they seem to update when the office opens.

We are in a time zone 1 hour ahead of EST and most mornings I am updating my bids and making reports between 5 AM - 6 AM EST. When I go to Google all the data is there. At FindWhat they are usually off-line until 6 AM and then everything is updated. Some mornings Over is updated, most mornings they are not. As they are the most expensive and as they sometimes throw surprises at me (like a sudden 1000% increase in searches for a single term for no apparent reason) we need these reports in a timely manner. Over is not delivering.

I just received an e-mail for Over support and here is a summarry:

The information generated in the Reports section of our DirecTraffic Center is updated daily between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Once the information is updated, your reports will reflect your account activity up through the previous day.

IMO too darn late.

It's intersting to note that most profit results are now coming in from smaller partners. This either indicates more click fraud or will be so in future as they become more difficult to police. Google is now our prime PPC source mainly because we have a higher level of confidence in the results.
