Difficult to answer seandell.

This really depends on who and where you are attempting to target.

Sheer traffic volumes and click-throughs from other Canadians anywhere, Google.ca AdWords.

Syndicated campaigns on Google Adwords Select work very well with Canada and the USA set as the target countries.

Using google and getting some results, just wondering if there are any other that are specific to just Canada.

Yup, Google is your best bet and set it to country specific. You will get reach not just from Google.ca, but also Sympatico, aol.ca and a host of other smaller but decent sites like canoe.ca (One of my faves btw)

Pushing Google to one side for a moment.

I think most of the US based pay per click providers will do well in Canada if the ads are written for a Canadian audience.

There is enough evidence to show that the Canadian AV, MSN etc. deliver enough traffic to make Overture viable, but I guess the best thing is to make sure the ads you write make it clear that it's only Canadians that will benefit from it.

I'm not aware of any "pure" Canadian PPC search engines.
