Click fraud on overture

I have very good reason to believe I have been a victim of click fraud. Does anybody actually know if overture has any protection in place or is it just b.s.? I am gathering my log files to approach them with my findings has anybody had any luck proving click fraud with overture?

I have used them for 6 months now and had no real complaints until now. I will be going to google adwords if this doesn't get resolved. To say I was choked when I found out is an understatment. I hate losing money!

Take it up with Overture. They do credit accounts if you have the data. They credit accounts when they find fraud themselves.
