I logged on to overture a few hours ago to add more funds and adjust my bids. It let me log on and add funds, after adjusting my bids, it gave me an error message that my account was offline. It had acknowledged the funds being added to my account, then later showed a balance of zero. I tried to log on again and got an error, login failed.
I tried to go to the "forgot my password" and entered my user name and email address and it said that there was no such account?
Just wondering if anyone else is having similar problems with their accounts. I noticed that the DTC login page has an error on it: "There was an error retrieving the alerts. "
I checked my CC account, and my card was charged, overture showed the new balance before I started adjusting bids, then changed it to a zero balance?
Is this part of a system update?
