Do number of searches in Overture include partner sites?

Do the number of searches as provided by Overture include partner sites?

This is probably a very basic question but I'm new to PPC bidding.

When Overture says a certain term was searched say 20000 times that month, does it include the number of times it was searched on Ask Jeeves, MSN and the other partners it has?

If it doesn't, how does one estimate how many searches will be made via the partner sites?

Yes it includes partners site and bid checking as well. Use it only as an estimate.

Just out of curiosity, as the search numbers includes bid checks, I'd be interested to know the average sort of CTR that other advertisers ae getting for popular search terms.

We have customers with double figure CTR on several keywords and I just wanted to know what the norm was for search terms with over say 5000 searches in a month.
