Anyone have an iTunes Japan Account?

Want to submit my podcast.

Anyone have an itunes japan account? You need an account to submit a podcast locally (i think...) and I don't have a japan issued credit card.

iTunes seems to use a global database- so you can submit via any location.

David_M and I worked this out today. It seems that it doesn't matter where you submit a podcast. David had submitted earlier to the US version and I signed up and submitted the same podcast via the Japan interface. The end result was that the interface told me that the podcast feed had already been submitted. So, as David_M already said, it appears they use a single global database for feed submissions at iTunes.
