Looks like there attempt to mimic google?
Its a google interface with their standard webpage/directory search results.

That looks strikingly similar to the English personal search [mysearch.yahoo.com] that was introduced last year [webmasterworld.com].

Does this look like they will be devaluing the Yahoo Directory system as happen in Yahoo.com?

I don't know whether it's in their best interests to devalue the directory as much as the .com version. SoftBank is still using Yahoo as a revenue center and the directory has a big pull.

If not, what factors do you think are important in getting a good SERP?
