G.Ad in chinese

phrase match do not work?

Befor I only do the english Ad, but now I also do the chinese ad.
I find our account's phrase match do not work at all.
in other words, all of the keywords like exact match.

Any friends meet this? and how to resolve?

i can not understand this sentence, please give some examples, maybe i can help you.

Thank you redstorm!
I mean that my kws use as phrase match, like: "blue widget" (use double quotation marks), that means when people search "buy blue widget" that my ad could show out.
But actually, none of my ad could be seen, if I don't use exact kw to search.

Do I express clearly?

i understand it. Does the occasion appear only in google, or for all the SEs? Since the keyword you buy appears accurately on the search result, there should be no mistakes for the SEs. But its one aspect they should take care of and have some improvement.
Plus, i seldom put the word "buy" whenever i search for a products. Sometimes i may add the word manufacturer after the products. Ok, that’s my opinion, see you next time.

Adword is not strange to me. but the google chinese is.
