Use of PayPal in Japan

Despite not having a Japanese interface, is anyone here using PayPal for the Japanese market?

What type of problems have you encountered?
% of abandoned orders?

From the lack of replies, I have to assume not too many are using PayPal for Japanese customers.

Contrasting Germany which has a paypal language interface, and Japan, which does not.
