LISTED technology company FTR Holdings plans to buy out the remainder of Australia's largest web-hosting company WebCentral in a deal which values it at $38.7 million.

I first met Lloyd Ernst when he was manning a tradeshow booth for his employer in the mid-1990s (BigPond?), then some months ago when I chatted with him about the leaps and bounds his company has made since. Good on him.
