Oveture AU and Google AU will cover the majority of the market in Australia anyways.
As posted in this forum, Sensis will use the Looksmart technology at some point to do a PPC which you may wish to consider (when it goes live), especially if you fit into the demographic they are targetting.
If you have the necessary SEO skills, then you can use OSM and select only Australia/NZ. This will provide a bit further reach than just Overture Precision Match and - depending on your industry - can be cheaper than using P4P.
