Google and Hitwise are running a series of seminars in WA, ACT and SA. Great that these smaller states are getting some conferences happening.

Kate Vale of Google Aus/NZ will be speaking, as will Gavin Appel of Hitwise.
Further information [secure.hitwise.com...]

Finally we get something here in Perth!

Guys,

If you already have working knowledge of Google and search engine maketing with them, you wont learn much that is new.

Same goes for Hitwise. To be honest, i didn't find it worthwile, but we have been using SEM for a fair while now.

If you aren't experienced, and want to see what Google and Hitwise offer as products/services, by all means go along...

I also didn't really learn anything from the seminar in Brisbane.

You'll learn more by participating in the forums here.

However I did get a $100 adwords credit so it wasn't a complete loss.

It was actually nice to rub shoulders with a bunch of SEO types too.
