.jp domain registration

I want to start a .jp domain registration company/site.

I want to start a .jp domain registration site that would be written in english. I'm looking for help (possible) or info on how I can do this.

If you're interested in helping, I would provide the web design and hosting. I'd like to help the domain get some usage. No one uses it because it's so expensive and unavailable.

Are you a member of JPNIC [nic.ad.jp]? If not, that's where you'd have to start. They have a lot of information on that site that might help get you in touch with the right people.
