Can't login to Adwords from China

For 3 days I've been unable to login to my Adwords account. Browser returns DNS error. Anybody in China has the same problem?

I'm in Beijing. Checked with other guys, some said they couldn't login, some said they could. What's going on with it? Google main search seems Ok.

Can anybody give me a hint?

I have similar problems with Adsense, but it's intermittent. I just keep trying, and I get in eventually. Very annoying.

I'm also in Beijing.
