There are about 15 million people visit Sina every day, and I believe that more chinese would know what is Google and they would like it.
Another fine thing is that one of my sites' traffic increased much, the people came from sina(google search results). I am sure we are goning to get 20 thousands visitors from Google & Sina this month, and I am looking forward. LOL
Google's search results are taken place much in chinese today(Aug. 6th, 2003 Beijing Time, the link back number & PR did not change yet). When I check my site ranking on Google with various keywords, I found that great changes have taken place with chinese search results. I have gotten a higher raning with some competitive keywords. It's great.
Is it because Sina announced the cooperation with Google, or it means the dance is coming.........

Before March 12th, 2002, sina default search is powered by Baidu.
Due to arrears Biadu stopped the search service for Sina for few days(maybe only one day, but this thing made Baidu to be known by millions chinese internet surfers within hours)
September 2002, Sina announced to cooperate with sinobnet.com(Another chinese search engine provider, their news engines are applied on some portal sites), Baidu & Sinobnet search results coexist on Sina.
June, 2003 Sina is testing Google's interface.
I also don't know the exact time when sina changed their default search to directory search(Like Yahoo), if you can not find what you want, you can click web search to get more search results from Google.
The date is not very exactness.
