PPC in Japan besides Overture and Adwords

I'm looking to expand my Japanese PPC campaign- any suggestions for other reliable companies offering reasonable prices? (looking to target english learning/travel abroad sites)

LookSmart Japan also has a PPC program. They were supposedly the first PPC in Japan. However, you really have to dig through their site to find the info. (I'll look for the program name as it isn't popping into memory.)

David_M the LookSmart Japan PPC listings were called Subsite Listings [btlooksmart.com] back when everything was run by BTLookSmart.
