Yahoo Japan Corp, the Japan unit of U.S. Internet portal Yahoo Inc, plans to launch a full-fledged service for creating web pages for companies and municipalities

We had a thread here last year titled Yahoo! Japan to Set up Web Consulting Subsidiary [webmasterworld.com] that I believe referenced the company in today's release. I don't see the specific division or subsidiary name, so I can't be 100% sure, but it seems very similar.
