Australian Directory/Search Engine helps with PR

I have found that this directory/search engine accepts almost all of my submissions and very quickly. It also helps with your Google PR, but it does depend on the sections and where you are within the list.

This directory is operated by State Library of Victoria (Australia).

It is one of the few Australian directories that I have found useful.

It also provides reasonable referrers for an Australian site.

I submitted a site and I received a quick reply. I could find immediately my site in the VICNET search, but not in the directory.

One day after the site is lost...!

It is not a matter of a foreigner site, since there are several not Australian site.
