Does anyone know of a site (preferrably free) where you can enter keywords or phrases in Japanese and it will provide a report of the URLs position for a particular Japanese search engine? I particularly want this for Google and Yahoo.

I think TopDog did this to some extent, but have no idea which engines they cover now as they're having legal troubles and the site appears down.
WebPosition has a new version coming out that suposedly supports some international SEs...you might want to check out their beta.
There is nothing free that would do what you're asking.
