Hi,
Can anyone tell me details of the sponsored link program on Yahoo offered by Looksmart.

In particular I am interested in the cost as no indication is given on the Yahoo site.

From LOOKSMART:
The program, called Yahoo! Sponsor Matches, began on April 2. LookSmart’s wholly owned subsidiary, LookSmart Australia, will distribute its top three paid search listings submitted by its base of advertisers until at least March 2003.

Price:
A$440.00 (A$400 plus 10% GST) per year

What I found at yahoo.com.au:

You may want to go to yahoo.com.au and find the "sign up for sponsor matches" located in every sponsor box on any query where it's included.

It may be a little more expensive than a regular listing I can't tell, pretty good indicator is when you follow the sponsor matches to the "sign up online here" link you'll be directed to a form and told a representative will contact you...

You should fill that out and see if it's any different than just a regular listing. Or you can pay the regular PFI price and hope for a top 3 spot.
