99bill is a new payment processor for mainland china. Along the lines of paypal, ikobo etc it is a mechanism for people to pay one another across the internet. I have a Q - I dont speak chinese (the site is chinese only) - can this company allow one person to pay another person using the credit on their mobile phone? ie. mobile phone payment.
